Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day internal operations of Apriem Advisors.

Duties include:

  • Greeting clients as they come in and hospitality services.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments for wealth managers and maintaining calendars.
  • Maintaining the front office, conference rooms and kitchen.
  • Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail/documents.
  • Filing and scanning documents.
  • Data Entry.
  • Additional and miscellaneous office duties and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Must be great in customer service.
  • Experience with CRM and financial services back office is preferred but not required.
  • Interest or experience in Financial Services a plus.
