SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HOSPICE FOUNDATION
Launching in 2021, the SCHF’s Heavenly Home is the first non-medical, non-profit end-of-life care home in Orange County. Their mission is to give patients a loving home at the most vulnerable stage of life, allowing them to focus on meaningful moments together with their families.
