Shawn leads Apriem’s client service team, overseeing the delivery of an exceptional client experience and helping ensure the firm’s high standards of service are reflected in every client interaction. As Apriem’s first employee, she has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth, helping shape its client-first culture and service philosophy for more than two decades.
Drawing on experience at a large investment firm and with professional sports organizations, Shawn combines operational leadership with a passion for building lasting client relationships. She is dedicated to developing a service team that delivers responsive, personalized, and consistently exceptional support.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with her husband and children, relaxing at the beach, making her famous toffee, and playing with her two dogs.
