Acquired wisdom: After almost a decade of working for a large investment firm, started Apriem to focus on relationships and purpose. Growing up in a large family, he learned the importance of communication and teamwork.
Works overtime: Has been known to talk in his sleep.
Honed his listening skills: Juggling life with four children within the first five years of marriage.
