Financial Advisor Magazine has published its annual ranking of fastest growing and top independent advisory firms in their July/August 2023 issue.
“Fifty-three percent of those RIA firms surveyed in Financial Advisor’s most recent survey said that assets from new clients accounted for most of their 2022 inflows, with 36% citing assets from existing clients. It could be that turmoil in other sectors (think of the recent regional banking and commercial real estate crisis) have once again shown potential clients that their funds might be safer in RIA relationships.” – Financial Advisor Magazine

The ranking is based on assets under management at the year-end of independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) that file their own ADV with the SEC. Please note that this survey does not apply to hybrid RIAs and corporate RIAs. Apriem Advisors and staff did not pay a fee to be included in the list of nominees. The ranking was given on July 21, 2023 and based on data as of December 31, 2022.
